Very very bad service

Ive never seen something like this, the lady is not suppose to working in the customer servive sector. She is rude and so unfriendly im still shaking by her attitude. I came to buy food i could see from her face that she is not going to greet me. I greeted her 2 times she ignored me and the third time she responded just because i forced her to respond. Shell management please do something about this as I sad there for about 20min observing how she treated other clients and the treatment was dissapointing. The lady works at the fast food area.
