Auto-mate
Vehicle kept for over a month, still not working

*dropped vehicle of service in december 2012, was advised head needed to be replaced, A-mate was not able to source the part, so i did and was charged an additional 30% by A mate because i had sourced the part. they advised that they were able to fix this, been thrown form pillar to post regarding when the vehicle will be completed. went to collect on the 29/1 gearbox was not set, was told that it is a minor adjustment and then told it is the gear linkage, went 30/01 to collect, gearbox is now sorted but no compression from the turbo, was told that they did not touch the turbo and advised that i must take my vehicle to audi or AA to see what the problem is at my cost. left me vehicle there as Samson said he will check all the pipes and valves. Daleen the receptionist is rude and jsut wants us to take a vehicle that is not in proper working condition. they had taken my money R17.5k and not delivered my vehicle.they dont seem to know what the doing in this place and cant imagine how they can be RMI approved. Daleen is pushing the blame on Samson and the customer. still without my car and resolution, financially strained and emotionally frustrated. dont know what to do, PLEASE HELP!!
