FORD - Never ending problems with my Ford Fiesta

After having sent my brand NEW Ford Fiesta in numerous of times, gotten told that I don't know what I'm talking about, all of the electronic parts have already been replaced!!! Not even 1 year old and the entire Bluetooth console was replaced, now after 1 year and 5 months, I have to hear that my radio console had to be replaced (which in fact is still giving problems) and my entire aircon pump has been replaced! Ridiculous to have ever imagined this from FORD!!! I will NOT accept my car back and expect immediate rectification! UNSATISFIED!!! On top of receiving a courtesy car which licence disk has already been expired since September 2013!! My Fiesta has been in for almost 4 weeks now, and still no solution! Pathetic! So much for their so called motto "Kaizen" which means Never Ending Improvement. WHAT A JOKE! I have Never Ending Problems!!!
