OTP still valid but vehicle sold

I put a OTP for a car on the 25/11/2013 which is valid until the 30/11/2013. I put down a R15 000 deposit. The vehicle price on the signed OTP is R135, 959.65. When all the additional items are added, the TOTAL purchase price is R159, 994.00.
When I went to see them to have the transaction completed, the sales person in question advised that they are not going to sell me the car for the price listed on the still valid OTP and that the price is now R164, 999.00.

Please help.
