They wanted more money than agreed price. cheating

Hi, I went to lindsay sekar Revonia branch to buy a i20 A/T 2013 model. Mr. David who assisted me with the offer to purchase on 25th of November. We entered into the offer to purchase for 159000 rands which is valid till 30th November. When asked if there is any better price than this then Mr. David Promised me that he would let me know on 26th after he speaks to his Manager Mr. Chris Jones. Today 26th November he sent me an email saying that his Manager Mr. Chris Jones agreed to Rands 155, 000.00 inclusive of License and Registration Fee. I was happy. Immediately I paid a token amount of 15000 rands into their Account ar around 11 AM. Then 2 hours later I received an email from Mr. David saying that his Manager is not interested in selling to that price. I was shocked. I went to their office and waited for 1 hours for Mr. David. He never turned up. then I decided to speak to Mr. Chris Jones. He told me that " Mr. David to you and I never agreed to this price". He cheated upon us..How can a company like this can play on a valuable customer like this. Where are ethics in ur business? I need help from some one who can take this up. It is really disgusting.. It is cheating.
