Very Bad Service

The incompetency of the service here is very high. I went to the branch to collect my car booked through my insurance and the incompetence persist. I had booked an automatic car and found a manual booked and as this is a small technicality i let the lady who i booked with to change this and she got it sorted.

The agent (Mudi Legodi) and her colleague who was assisting me informed me they do not have the automatic car available. I asked if they cant assist in calling another branch to locate a car and they informed me, they cant i need to take the manual car. They informed me it is not their fault that i could not get the car I want and they cant do anything about it, and they were busy shooting at me as a customer (Please review the video surveillance tape if its available). I asked to see a branch manager or area manager to try to get the issue sorted and they said the branch manager is at a course and will only get back to my after hours and they will not give me the contact of the area manager. When i asked, what i should do since i do not have a car, they said they do not know. I left the branch without a resolution and i am still without a car. I have meetings to attend.
