Horrible Experience

I booked a car on Tuesday 12 Nov, but only received confirmation on Wednesday afternoon after about 5 phonecalls. Upon arrival to pickup the car I found out it was never booked!!! I had to not only stress to get to an exam on time but also fork out a lot more money to secure another car, even though I had already paid a deposit with VIP cars.

It was a horrible experience!
