My car is still not licensed

Bought my car from Audi East Rand more than 3 months ago and it is still not registered or licensed. I thought dealing with a reputable company would at least give me a bit better service. Carol is very helpful, until you sign the finance agreement, then you are dirt. I paid around R5000 to the dealer, this would have included licencing. First I get told I have to pay R1800 in fines that no proof can be produced, then when I ask for clarification, I get given the number of Paul, who supposedly does their licensing. Called the guy 5 times, never any response either, go figure. Then I get told I should just go sort it out myself at the traffic department. I get a call yesterday from Carol, thinking that they may have actually decided to do something about my licensing. I was very wrong, they just wanted to find out if I handed in my spare keys of my previous car. I would like a reimbursement for what I have paid for licencing, seeing as though I have to do it myself in any case. Very simple actually, I paid for something I did not receive and want that money back. I never used to believe what they said about car salesman, but I now know it is true.
