NO HEADLINE WHICH WILL DESCRIBE HOW YOU ARE

Ive been trying to track my parcel for days now, and the last update was on the 20th, when it was sitting in JHB Int Mail Center, and no update since, I phoned a lady earlier by the name of Suzie, who gave me my South African Tracking number, although she told me they lost my delivery address??? And yet I paid a fortune for Priority International Mail! They told me its currently with EMS, although ive tried phoning every single number possible for EMS, although it rings and rings, and I get put down on, ive been phoning that number since 10 AM today its now 2pm, ive tried 011 961 6000/1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/12/38/39/48/72/73/75 and I just get put down after 5Min 4 Seconds every time... and ive now done hello peter searches on EMS couriers, and people similar situations, have said they have waited weeks after spending so much money and they get delivered empty boxes of which im highly frightened! THIS IS A JOKE, and there is no one willing to help, no one can track my parcel at all! and no one answers my calls, why do we have to live with this constant service in SA, you have to constantly fight, and yet nothing, like i really want to strangle a few people to death at this point
