Car King 3 and MFC in cahoots by ignoring CPA

Our Chrysler Voyager developed a faulty A/T gearbox within 32 days and 1500km from delivery. Car King 3 refuses to repair or take back the vehicle as the Consumer Protection Act states. During a recorded meeting between Mr Benru Marais, MFC and us we proved to MFC that they financed a defective vehicle. The Dealer tried to deliver the vehicle with 2nd hand front tyres and not new. The spare tyre was scrap and within 300km the Malfunction light came on. The Dealer was aware of this before delivery but never did the repairs. He simply had the light cancelled. He did not disclose this on the OTP.Only after a letter of complaint to MFC he agreed to attend to it. Before that could be done the vehicle broke down. In the meeting MFC took sides with the Dealer and both parties totally ignored the CPA.The IDA and SA Consumer Complaints ruled in our favour and our comlpaint is lodged with the CPA and the Motor Industries Ombudsman for investigation. It is a lengthy process but we will NEVER give up. The Dealer wants us to be dishonest and and take out a warranty on a defective vehicle. At NO stage has he offered to do repairs at his cost. We want the transaction uplifted and the R20, 000 plus paid back.
