Bad Service

I went to Nandos late yesterday with my 5 year old daughter to buy meal, as I was parking my car just in front the entrance door, a man inside the shop ran to lock the door as I was approaching the door. I beg him from outside to open for us and it was as if I am talking to my self, cause he just looked and ignored us.

I just stood there in front of the door with daughter disappointed because the time was 20h50 and the shop closes at 21h00. I was so upset and waited outside and no one had mercy. As soon as the same guy opened the door for a customer to exit I stepped closer and ask to speak with manager. I was told they were not going to assist me and some lady from the teller shouted instructing the guy not to dare let us in.

The guy pushed the door insisting that I must leave and I was explaining to him that it is 20h57 and he told me my clock was wrong. He pushed the door while my feet was still inside and hurting my feet. My daughter had to watch all of this.

I was very traumatised and disturbed by that incident. I will never buy Nandos again.
