Delayed delivery, no feed back and rude staff

Disgusting service.

My package not delivered within 7 days and the route is only 150km.

Call centre does not call back and the manager tells you that you are welcome to collect the package at the office with an attitude.

I left a message for the manager Lee to call me back. Still no call and no package.

You are a courier service and you are not able to deliver? Poor.

Will never use your services again.
