Insulted by owne

I arrived 5 minutes before closing time and was told by someone outside that I am too late and they cannot help me. After pleading and explaining, the person said that the one who can help me has already left for the day. Seeing that the front door was still open, I tried my luck inside. Sure enough, I was helped by the friendly staff AND "the one that has already left", helped me. I then learned the person outside is actually the owner! He then came inside and started insulting me. I was so stunned that I was speechless. Later I tried to talk to the owner but soon realized it was of no use.
I still can not believe that something like that can happen today...!
