I am so with your service and website misrepresentation, your website states that courier is overnight and it will take atleast 72 hours to deliver to the otlying areas of your main centres, only after 5 days of non delivery i call to enquire and i am told it will take another 7 days to get my parcel delivered, or i must pay an adiition R600 to get the parcel delivered urgently.

i have lost a great deal of funds due to this.

Just so you know i am in consulattion with my legal team to seek recorse for misrepresentation and false marketing on your website.
