POOR SERVICE FROM VW WESTGATE

Went to VW Westgate 2 weeks ago to buy a car. Firstly, the car had higher mileage than advertised and the sale person promised me R370K trade in but he needed to speak to his manager who was clearly not interested in helping as I waited 30 minutes for him but he was too busy. The sales person said they will call me back but I'm still waiting. It is clear that in these harsh economic times VW don't care about sales. I wonder what they do care about...
