As far as i know nobody can complain about the service at lephalale service station because there is NO SERVICE!!! I went to fill -up my car and waited for about 20 min at the pump. I hooted and the petrol attendant told me that he is busy. There was a car standing behind me and the pump next to the one i were standing became free so the same attendant went to that pump and helped that car to fill with petrol so i asked why do he do that. I got no answer. I went to the manager and told hir my story and she replayed that she spoke to them in previous occasions and they do not listen to me, they just ignored me.

I would like you to do something about this matter, cause it is not how i know the sasol garages is operating and they are bridgeing your customer service conducted
