I called the second time today, wanting to know when will I get my vehicle papers after paying off the vehicle in December. I was going through the steps of the telephone and I had to wait for an available consultant after the lenghthy wait, a consultant picked up and I introduced myself and stated the reason for my call, he dropped the phone. Really?

Toyota I want my documentation, and I do not owe you anything. What is the hold up? With this kind of service, or can I say lack of, I will never purchase any Toyota ever!!!
