Waiting 4 weeks for car to be fix

On the 17 October I took my car to be checked out because the brake paddle got stuck. My car only has got 7400 km on the clock. First they where waiting for approval to have it fixed, now they are waiting for the part. I bought my car new so that I don't get stuck or have problems but needless to say my car is in the garages and I don't have a car. They say it will take be 2 weeks before it is fixed because their is no parts in the country. How can you sell cars but never have part in the country?
