FALSE ADVERTISING

I purchased a vehicle from Renault SA in 2010 after an advertisement in the newspaper stated "GUARANTEED BUY BACK" - I still have the advertisement as I thought it would be useful to have when I wanted to sell my car. Now the dealer does not know anything about this, or how it works. They cannot assist, wont assist, and told me to contact the financial institution. BANKS DO NOT BUY CARS -they only finance them, or have them repossesed, they dont buy them. Try and explain that to the sales person.
What do I do, I want to sell my car, but it still has the balloon payment on it, and cannot get finance.
