I had a very bad experience with Car Service City and Glen from e-Car Marlboro saved the day... My car was mis-firing and Car Service City wanted to charge me R5000 to repair, so I phoned Glen from e-Car for a second quote. He said before doing anything, bring my car, he'll check to make sure it's not just the HD leads, which could be faulty. I took it there, but Glen had already left to go to Pretoria... His service was so good that he turned around and came back to meet me on site at his workshop. In the meantime, he got his guy to start looking at, while I waited for him. it wasn't 10 minutes and Glen arrived back. They discovered that it was just my 4th HD lead, they replaced it at no cost to me and 10 minutes later I was on the road again with a perfectly running car... THANKS Glen, you saved me R5000 and a let of pain and heart ache... I will recommend you to everyone. Well done boet!!!
