I have been treated unfairly by a vw dealer, had non vw parts installed in vw vehicle that is still under warranty.by vw. i have a supposed new vehicle/demo and its been over 12 months since the problem have occurred and this is now the 2nd complaint i have placed. so far from my experience it takes 8 months and counting for vw to sort out client service issues. i cannot see myself buying another vw ever due to fear that will happen again. they say that a companies client service determines the class of company you dealing with, and vw has no service standard at all. please guys dont allow yourself to fall into the same trap that i did
