McCarthy VW - New vehicle

I had taken possession of my new VW Polo 6 on 2nd April 2013.
First complaint - Steering wheel not aligned - fault rectified during the first week of taking possession
Second complaint - Suspension noise when going over a speed-hump - I had been told by the service advisor that the fault is due to the engine mounting being faulty and will be replaced - this fault still persists
Third complaint - Radiator leak - radiator replaced during the week of my complaint
Fourth complaint - When the front of the vehicle had been stripped for the radiator repair, none of the parts had been installed correctly e.g.: headlights, bumper and grill were offset - Recitfied on 3rd visit
Fifth complaint - Clutch pedal noisy when engaged or disengaged - persits
Sixth complaint - When the clutch is disengaged, the engine compartment has a noise as though the vehicle has a diesel engine

Dealer principals's email regarding a loan vehicle:
If we do not have a car for the customer CiC would hire a customer a vehicle if the car is in our workshop and parts are on order for 4 days and longer. If the vehicle is drivable, the client will drive the vehicle until such time that the parts arrive from factory.
