Billed but car not fixed

On the 4th of September I took my car in for repairs. Car hard a Hard Start and had no Power when driving uphill. A week later I called Car&Truck auto repair centre, to check on the progress. I spoke to Leon and he said that they have done a diagnisis on the car, bt their machine could not read any faults, but promissed that they will be able to fix it. About a week later the called me to tell me that the car was fixed and that I could go fetch it and has a bill of R8040. On Friday the 20th of september I went to pick it up, but when I got there they told me that the car still had a problem with startin an that I should park it downhill and kick start it everytime. So I payed R5000 and I was told to pay the balance when I come back for the hard start faul. I drove the car for about 5-10km and the car broke down. They then came to tow the car back to the workshop. A week later I phoned to check on it. Leon told me that the car needs an extra R6500 on top of th R8040 (total R14540) to be fixed. I told him I don't have it. I only have R3000 outstanding from the first invoice. I was rudely told by Leon to cum and tow my car and pay up the R3000 I owed, coz they need space or he will tow it to his house
