Pathetic Service at Ford Alberton!

I took my car into Ford Alberton in August this year as there were specific issues that needed to be sorted out. When I fetched my car that afternoon, I was told that parts needed to be ordered and I would be contacted within a week to bring my car in again. In addition, when I fetched my car, my immobiliser (which was working that morning) was no longer working. After 2 months of not being contacted, I eventually took my car in to find out what the progress was and was helped by someone competent. However, the auxiliary component of my radio hasn't been working, so my radio needed to be sent in to be repaired and I was told it would take about a week for this to be sorted but that I would be called to come in and have it fitted. My radio has now been in for 3 weeks and still nothing has been done. My immobiliser has not been working for the past 4 months, Ford has placed that responsibility onto me to have it fixed when they messed it around which is unacceptable. The service has been disgusting to say the least, after 4 months of fighting, I still have received no feedback with regards to this issue and continue to not have a radio and a non functional immobiliser.
