4 weeks with no radio

My Ford Figo, purchased November 2012, had to have it's clutch replaced and this was done in 3 days so no complaint there, well done Barloworld :-) However, my gripe is that the radio also has a fault and for some reason unknown to man nor beast, it will take up to 4 weeks to repair??? In the meantime I am driving an hour each morning and afternoon to and from work with a deathly silent car! If Barloworld needs this long to solder a loose connection the least I think they could have done was given me a temporary replacement radio?
