Incompentent staff, arrogant DP and bad service

I made bookings to take in my Hyundai IX35 for its 1st service on the 12th November 2013 which I did. Late afternoon around 17:00 I went to collect my vehicle firstly the service adviser could not find my vehicle and eventually half an hour later found it. To my dis believe the vehicle had never been serviced at all, when I queried it the reply I received was that they lost the job card. For an entire day my vehicle was parked at their premises and did not receive the necessary attention. I tried speaking to the Dealer Principle Andre and was informed that he is to busy to address me, this at 17:00pm, I was referred to a Service manager Andre. Andre apologised admitted their mistake and informed me he would resolve for me the next day. I am really annoyed at the fact that I had to make alternate arrangements for me to travel to work while my vehicle was going to be service only to find out that the service never took place due to a job card that was lost. I spent a fortune to purchase the vehicle and all I expect is service however with my very first service I had experience poor customer service
