FAILED TO DELIVER ORDER ON TIME

On the 04.11.13 I ordered a speedio cluster for my car and the consultant that took the order in promised me that I will receive it in 2 days time. I am sending this complain today on the 11.11.13 and I have not received the part. last week Friday I went to the parts manager and he promised he will send the parts department e-mail to find out weather they received the manual order, he said he will make sure he calls me with the feedback and I am still waiting for that feedback today on the 11.11.13.

The service of that branch is pathetic and it was my lst time using that branch to order or buy anything at it. They disrespect customers and treat them with the most pathetic service. Anyone who wants a training on bad customer service must go take examples in that branch. The manager and staff are arrogant and self centered with bad attitude.

what pains me is that I paid full price for the cluster and at no stage they showed some respect by calling and inform me about the order. I call them every day since 4.11.13 and all they do is to say they will call me and never have I received the call.

Pathetic and disgusting service...
