Time Freight
Unprofessional personel

This was the second time we received a delivery all the way from KZN, sent with Time Freight.
Unfortunately we did not receive proper service for any one of these two deliveries. Deliveries were late both times and drivers were instructed to leave within 5 minutes if they do not receive payment. In that time we are still discussing payment issues with the sender of the parcel. As we were not aware of the arrangement.
Time Fright staff cannot communicate in English properly and slams the door while asked for details.
The supervisor instructs staff to leave even though I explained for them to wait a minute. I will never use or recommend Time Freight only because of their unprofessional nature and lack of any manners or respect towards a client, sender or receiver.
