Stannic breach of contract

I andre du plessis suffered at the hands of stannic ref no. 1168669 vehicle cloning due to their negligence
allowing vehicle registration papers being while in their possession.
they promised to refund all costs if i do the following.
i had to get police clearance what a mission but that is another horror story.i had to have vehicle data dotted
i had to take vehicle for a roadworthy. i submitted all proof of payments
all stannic replied on hello peter is. i was restored as the vehicle owner all they wanted was to be the title
holder. numerous calls since september to december no refund.i believe stannic did not come clean
as to my query what happened to dishonest employee. this is top secret but i believe the public
has a right to know about poor security at stannic, their response on hello peter is a and for company
to make dishonest statements on this program stinks shame on you stannic for being such a dishonest
