Taking FAR too long to respond

I would like to alert all drivers to take their business elsewhere... I certainly will be.

What is the use of having AA emergency assistance - when the standard response is "ETA will be about 90minutes"?.. ummm one calls the AA for EMERGENCY assistance and in this country - one really does require a quicker response than that especially as I was not in a far out remote area - I was in the Fourways/Dainfern area heading towards Diepsloot! When organising another means of assistance on my own - and quicker - I ended up cancelling the call out, the response was "ok, no problem". Clearly AA do not need the business or care if their clients are safe, and on the road again.

Your service delivery is dispicable AA. I will be cancelling, and advising others to aswell.
