This is my issue.

I have now send my vehicle back 8 times for the same issue.
The issues are, the right front shock bottoms out, now they say they have tested the shocks and there is nothing wrong, so this means that there must be something that causes this issue, they say they cant find it.

The second issue is the brake slap and the rattling of the front callipers, It doesn't matter where you drive, gravel, tar . anything that has a little bit of a rough patch it rattles. Now they are trying to convince me that the brake play is within parameters and there is nothing wrong, I must close my windows not to hear it. But I can still hear it even though the windows are closed.

There are so many noises from the suspension it is not even funny, when I turn the steering it sounds like there is parts that is not properly lubed, for example the grease or the fluid in the steering box. This is not normal and no-one can try to tell me that it is normal to make these noises. They try to tell me that is is still safe, but how can it be safe if the suspension is at fault? This will infact cause roadholding issues.

When will they sort this issue out, when I roll the car?
