My suspension in a bad dtate after new shocks

After I spent a lot of money replacing the shocks on my car, my front suspension is very noisy and a big safety concern. When i took the car back they gave me attitude and I left my car there for a day and still my car is not fixed. Please help address this issue before I have mayor damage.
