Shouting at a pregnant woman is a bad idea

Good day

My name is Sibusiso Kuzwayo, I took my car in for a service in the last week of October 2013. It was returned after repairs to the rear suspension and engine. A day later it got stuck on the side of the road with our children in it, the driver reporting a loud grinding sound coming from the back before it stopped. We arranged for the car to be towed back to the above business for assessment. At around 16:30 my wife started getting what she described as "irritated" calls asking when the car is coming as they wanted to go home. She told them that it was on its way as the assigned truck had already been dispatched. The car eventually got to them and was assessed and given back to us on Monday 4th November, diagnosis: minor squeak and... no petrol!

My highly pregnant wife went to collect the car and told them she didn't believe their assessment and that it was bad service for them to call her annoyed that they couldn't go home. Eventually a very irate owner, a certain Andre, got into an exchange with her which left her humiliated and in tears, she was told "This is my business and I don't want (difficult) people like you coming here"! He repeated the same to me when I called!
