City to City 7 hour delay disgrace and no refund

Friday 13 September I left Midrand for Pietermaritzburg at 07h30 on a City to City bus, around 10h30 the bus driver stopped on side of road with smoke coming out engine, after a few minutes he decided we can proceed with the journey, at around 11h00 we stopped again and this time could not go further until a mechanic came with oil from Warden, we were told an hour and it was nearly 2 by time he got there, after oil in and jimmy job done we hit the road again, about 10 minutes later we stopped again and mechanic said we cannot go further as water and oil mixed in engine, he then left and so trouble started. After numerous calls to City to City and promises of full refund they said they would send a new bus, they informed us the bus left JHB at 14h30 but only got to us at 18h10 _ (only 200km odd). We were stuck on side of road for 7 hours with no food, water or toilets!!! I left many messages for a call back and none happened on that day or since, I have emailed asking for my promised refund and got letter today saying they will give me 35% back but in voucher - as if I will ever travel with them again, I have asked called records so lets see what happens but not holding my breath
