VERY BAD SERVICE

My daughter and I had VERY bad service at G-Car. We were in a car accident and because G-Car, Rynfield was the closest to us we decided to accept their quote. The car went in on 25/10/2013. On the quote it stated clearly that the car will be in their workshop for 18 working days. After the 18 working days and numerous calls to Gary, his son Cole and Alex I came to the realisation that they only started to work on the car when we started to ask about it. We eventually got the car back on Thursday, the 31/10/2013. The bodywork is not lined properly, the windscreen (which they promised not to charge us) is still not replace, and the worst of all, the ball joint on the passenger side is not even tightened. The petrol cap can't open and I can go on and on. Gary expect us to drive like this until the car must go back in a month's time. It is a wonder that we did not made an accident in the short period of time that we had the car. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the service of G-Car, Rynfield, Benoni and I will make sure to tell everybody about the bad service. Because we are women, they think they can take advantage of us. We are VERY VERY DISSAPOINTED. Shame on G-Car!
