This is a big complaint towards first for woman. First of all I had my accident around 2pm on Monday. The first people I called was your emergency line then after 30 minutes of waiting I get a sms telling me my tow truck will be there in 90 minutes. I was still ok with this thinking they are coming from Johannesburg. Needless to say they only arrived around four. I then had to wait for your agents to tell the driver where to go which took another 3 hours with the tow truck company and first for woman all talking different stories about where the car should go. Then I was told I should drive with this tow truck guy which I know from no where all the way to Johannesburg without his company approval. I just felt uncomfortable and so did he. Eventually the tow truck guy was told to go to the nearest assessment centre with this still leaving me stranded and first for woman still not caring about my safety according to what they promised. The tow truck guy also told me they only received the message around passed three, which made me wonder how long it took first for woman to communicate with them. My access. Was also increased to 4000 which I know to only be 1200 as discussed.
