Pathetic service

Package was despatched from Germany some 3 weeks ago. Tracked via DHL electronic system that package (RG710771475DE) was in S.A. I sent a message today to DHL giving them two contact cell no's to arrange mutually acceptable collection time. Still no response from DHL. Then phone the call centre (7 times) to try & establish where the package was. Call Centre agents both incapable & unwilling to assist me. Totally exasperated!
