VERY RUDE & BAD SERVICE

Good day

I cannot seem to express the disappointment with the matter I have encountered at your offices. One of your staff members named Ntombi was soo rude, she has no regard for clients.

She was so disrespectful that she even hung up a phone on me, not sure if that's what your company values are about.

I hope further steps are taken against her as really if not then I would like to take it up to the executives, as this is no "treat client fairly" policy.

I expect further feedback by the end of the week.
