Illegal deduction of fees

I bough a Audi Q5 in March 2013 and I did not accept their shortfall cover. They have since been deducting the amount on a monthly basis from my account and e-mails and promises to sort the issue out has not been fulfilled. The process of buying the car was painless and probably the best experience by far, but this, this is nonsense and I think it should be illegal.
