My Car not working like it should

My Audi S3 does not have any power any more. I think the turbo went so i gave my car to McCarthy Middelburg So that they can Fix this Problem because i am Still Under Extended Warranty With Audi On MAXI COVER. I do not have a car to drive around and go to work. They do not want to give me a Courtesy car to drive around with. I feel that this is bad service of Audi and not satisfying the customer.
