Petrol slip

On 2013 October 07 I poured R350 .00 petrol @ pump 3 facing KFC driving a white Nissan NP200, (written EP security in blue.) I requested a petrol slip since its a company car which was given 2 me for which I am grateful.however I lost the slip in an emergency situation.i then subsequently went back after a few day n spoke to the manager n humbly requested to reissue me with a duplicate and explained the situation n offered to pay for it, he flatly refused. He wasn't even prepared to have a look @ the camera footage nor any attempt to assist.i am now facing a disciplinary action @ work for the slip .please assist.
