I bought a new Kia cerato hatch in April 2013, and the car broke down, had to be towed to the nearest dealer, when I got there I have never seen such nonchalant staff in any dealership, after I told them what happened they said I could go they will call me, and never even bothered to find out how I was going to get home in the pouring rain, when I asked them they said its not their responsibility to make transport arrangements

I left my vehicle and nobody bothered to contact me until I called them, and they said they think the car has a clutch problem and they need me to authorise for the car to be stripped which I did, and again said they will contact me shortly. days went by and I had to call them again and they said they still have to contact their head office but the warranty is not likely to cover clutch damage and the car starter also needs to be changed and this car hasn't even reached 15000km yet. however I must wait they will contact me

I am still waiting. I doubt they will it has been such a frustrating experience Kia does not care about its clients after sale, and I am regretting why I chose them for my first ca
