My car is a Chevrolet 1.8L 2012 model, drove 16 000km mostly for domestic purposes

Dissatisfied in all levels by the General Motors Company for the reasons below:

1.When I bought my car through Katlego Aaphane-sales person at hatfield McCarthy, it was displayed outside the car dealership written get a canopy for free. After buying the vehicle they refused to abide and told me its because they did not charge for smash and grab & tonnuque cover
2.I got stuck on the road, my car was towed to their dealership on a Saturday morning due to clutch fault and I had to make means to get home. The workshop lady (Laila) said there was nothing they could do to assist with alternative transport
3.Was told the problem is with the clutch plate which has worn off in less than 2years and to make things worse, its not covered under Warranty. As if I did not suffer enough, the clutch plate had to be ordered from the manufacturer which is now more than a month waiting (from 25/20/13 to date). They refused to supply me with an alternative means of transport and I have to follow-up the general motor assistant Sergio as he can only call me once a week.
5.Paying for the car parked at the dealership (very sad)
