It is beyond me why FNB / DiscoveryCard can still use this horrible courier service!

On Wednesday the call centre phoned me, they had a terrible line and the lady just put the phone down and didn't even bother to phone me back. I then phoned the call centre to confirm the delivery. Why do we as customers have to return their calls? Do they not have money for their phone calls?

The driver rocked up here about half an hour ago and first went to the wrong reception and he was sent to the correct place. He phoned me from our stores area to say that he was there so I went there.

I was told that I must hand in copies of my ID etc. I gave him the paperwork but he literally flung it back at me saying that he didn't need it. I was under the impression that these documents were needed to capture my info?? He just turned around and left, did not even say goodbye, nothing. So if m info is not captured correctly, YOU will make a plan, not me.

In my view, CCD is offering a horrible service and this is not the first dealing that I have had with CCD. I wish companies with reputable names would stop using this terrible courier service!
