BARLOWORLD IS FROM THE POOR

I saved for 5 years to buy my car cash. I finally bought my Polo Vivo at Barloworld Pietermaritzburg in August 2013. A month later, I discovered that they sold me a car that had been involved in a serious accident (my insurance panelbeater inspected the car and confirmed) and they never disclosed that material information. I brought that information to the attention of Sales Manager, Lee Chetty @ Barloworld, PMB he accepted responsibility apologised for the slip-up and promised to pay me a refund for that car. Todate, I'm still waiting for my refund. I marvel at the lack of respect for their clients and the sheer arrogance. Each email I send to Lee Chetty for my refund, he keeps promising to pay my refund. Shame on you Barloworld, for selling defective cars to innocent customers, that is, you are from clients. You have lost my respect, you have lost a customer and you have lost 5 referrals. You are law unto yourself, Shame On You. Even conglomerate do collapse. I just want my refund.
