I was in a car accident on 7 June this year. My car was towed to PT Paint and Panel in Wynberg. It has been nearly 5 months now and I still do not have my car.

Their courtesy cars are also in appalling condition. The cars are bashed up and dirty and the last 2 that I have driven have had major battery issues resulting in me having to jump start them every time I need to use the car. I have been struggling now for 3 days to get a replacement car and have been late for work now two days in a row because of the battery problems and have just started a new job.

The shop manager gave me his personal cell number so that I can contact him in an emergency and has ignored my calls as well as my insurance broker's calls all week.

This morning I arranged for my car to be delivered to my work before 11 as I had an event to get to. At 11:30 my car had still not been delivered to Montecasino and when I called at 11:30 saying I need to be in Midrand at 12 and their car was dead again, I was informed the driver was on his way and when my insurance broker called at 11:50 my car was still in Wynberg and the driver only called me at 12 for directions.
