I've bought many cars and I have always been treated so nicely by the sales executives but this time Sammie at Barloworld really made me feel like a queen. Our first meeting was when I took a quick look at the Juke because there was already a few at other dealers I had to decide upon. The way she received me and my husband and gave us all the detail and specs of the Juke was with such great attitude (trust and confidence) that I wanted to make a decision right there and then without even looking very close as with the other cars. She arranged for an immediate test drive without even knowing or pushing me to admit on buying the vehicle. She offered to repair the little scratch on the bumper at their own expense without me mentioning it. I was truely satisfied and impressed with their client service from the moment I entered Barloworld GM until the last signature on the sales agreement and the red ribbon was removed from my vehicle and I drove it away with a big smile.
