Sent My c.ar for service. Catt promised to send an email with a quotation. Gave her two email addresses to use [Email Removed] and work email. Never received quote. Been calling for past two weeks Nd she promised to look into it and come back but never did.left countless messages as well. Today I called to speak to her senior they put me back to her.. she told me the cam belt should have been changed with previous service. What if something happens while waiting for her to send me the quote if she still going to do it. Hate myself for buying a vw car. Wish can just sell it and buy another car.
