9 months of poor service

I purchased a pre used Renault from KIA. Traded in a mercedes benz. After having taken delivery of the vehicle I noticed one or two small issues incl a broken passenger seat adjustment lever. The vehicle went back and was sent away for these repairs to be effected. A loan car was provided. My vehicle was returned to me about two months later with the seat lever still broken. They said this was on back order and would resolve as soon as the part was available.

It is now 9 months later. If it is not for me calling them they have no interest in calling you. When I have spoken to the salesman, sales manager or manager the answer is standard. Still on back order. Strange that most dealerships can get this part except for KIA Bryanston. I think they are simply jerking me around and are really not interested in helping resolve this situation.

My wife is yet to drive in the car as the passenger seat is permanently in the furthest back position and jammed there. She cannot ride in this car.

The lack of customer service is simply astounding. I have never witnessed such a blatant disregard for a customer in my entire life. Is such pathetic service really even possible or allowed.
