BAD ATTITUDE AND DAMAGED GOODS

Andre (My boyfriend) had his Nissan 1400 head done at CJ's when he returned home to find the cam bushes were damaged, head was skimmed when it was not requested, they dropped and damaged the cam. 8 valves were damaged and the valve guides. Andre asked simply for them to repair or to pay for it to be repaired as it was their fault instead JOHN and CRAIG went on with him by being rude and sarcastic told him to go buy new cam bushes and bring the head back so they can drop it again. People like this shouldn't be in business as they take people's money and cause them more problems than when the cam was handed in. I am going to contact the Consumer Protection Act as this is ridiculous, you pay so much money for CJ's just to mess around and damage your goods. If they do not have staff or they themselves are incompetent and can not complete the required job properly I would suggest they should look in to going into a different industry or business. I am highly disgusted and disappointed and I would recommend that no one ever goes to C J's. The best part of all is CJ's said to Andre bring it back and you will have to pay for it to be done over again!!!
